降滤失剂作用机理的研究——降滤失剂对滤饼电荷密度的影响 被引量:16

摘要 用电泳仪测定滤饼粘土颗粒淌度的方法对8种常用的降滤失剂作用机理进行了研究。根据降滤失剂对滤饼粘土颗粒淌度的影响将降滤失剂作用机理分为三类,(1)降滤失剂使泥饼负电荷密度降低,如PEO、预胶化玉米淀粉等;(2)泥饼负电荷密度不变,如CMS;(3)负电荷密度增加,如SMP、CMC、NH_4—PAN等。为进一步探讨各类降滤失剂的作用机理指明了方向。 The function mechanism of water soluble fluid loss additives is studied by determining the eletrophoretic mobility of filter cake fines. According to their different effect on the negative electrical charge density of filter cake fines,water soluble fluid loss additives are divided into three kinds: (1) electrical charge density is reduced, such as polyethylene glycol and pregelatinized starch; (2) electrical charge density is not changed, such as carboxylmethyl starch; (3) electrical charge density is increased, such as sulfonated phenolic resin, carboxylmethyl cellulose, hy-drolyzed polyacrylonitrile.
