摘要 采用正交设计试验法研究了配方对 (Ba,Sr,Ca) (Ti,Zr) O3 (BSCTZ)基电容器陶瓷介电性能的影响 ,得到了影响 BSCTZ基陶瓷介电性能的主次因素、各因素水平影响其性能的趋势。同时得到了介电常数最大的配方和介质损耗最小的配方。在实验过程中主晶相料均是工业纯 ,这样极大降低电容器陶瓷制造成本。通过正交设计实验得到综合性能佳的 BSCTZ基陶瓷。利用 SEM研究了BSCTZ陶瓷的显微结构 ,探讨了各组分对 BSCTZ基陶瓷介电性能影响机理 ,为研制高介、低损耗、高耐压电容器陶瓷提供了依据。 The influence of formula on the dielectric properties of (Ba, Sr, Ca)(Ti, Zr)O 3(BSCTZ) series capa- citor ceramics has been investigated by means of orthogonal design experiments. The major, secondary influen- cing factors and the influencing tendency of various factors' levels for the dielectric properties of BSCTZ ceramics have been obtained. At the same time, the optimum formula for maximum dielectric constant (ε) and for minimum dielectric losses (tanδ) have been obtained in the experimental conditions. The main crystal phase materials are the industrial raw materials in the experiments, thus the manufacturing cost of capacitor ceramics is decreased greatly. The BSCTZ ceramics having optimum comprehensive properties have been obtained by means of orthogonal design experiments.The ceramic microstructure is analyzed by SEM. The influencing mechanism of various components on the dielectric properties of BSCTZ ceramics is studied, thus providing the basis for preparation of capacitor ceramics with high ε,low tanδ and high breakdown voltage.
