摘要
用体视学方法测定和计算 Pb(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-Pb(Fe_(1/2)Nb_(1/2)O_3-Pb(Fe_(2/3)W_(1/3))O_3(以下简称 PZN-PFN-PFW)三元系统电容器试样的三维显微结构参数,讨论了显微结构与试样组成,介电性质间的关系.钙钛矿相晶粒的三维平均自由距离λ值及单位体积内晶粒的比表面积 Sv,单个晶粒的平均比表面积 Svp、球相当径 D_(3■).等均随 PZN 在试样组成中的含量而改变,从而导致介电性能的变化.
The three-dimensional microstructure parameters of the Pb(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-Pb (Fe_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_3-Pb(Fe_(2/3)W_(1/3))O_3ternary system(c)capacitor materials were determined us- ing stereology methods.The relationship between microstructure parameters and composition of the specimens,and dielectric properties have been discuessed. The value of three-dimensional mean free distance(λ)between grains,the mean specific surface area per unit volume(Sv),the mean specific area per grain(Svp)and the equivolent sphere radius(D_(3■)of perovskite vary with PZN content in specimens,giving rise to the varia- tion of dielectric properties of specimens.
