摘要
对水泥凝胶固化石的高温高压物理性质进行了综合研究与分析 ,研究表明 ,该凝胶固化石的孔隙度与渗透率关系呈Labrid指数关系 ;固化石的渗透率主要受凝胶组分中的增渗透剂和防窜剂加量控制 ;强度受增强剂和水灰比控制 ,固化时的温度与压力是制约条件。结果表明该体系具有高挤压强度 (≥ 11MPa)、高粘接强度 (≥ 0 .5MPa)、高渗透率 (≥ 0 .8μm2 )、耐温 (≥ 115℃ )、耐油及耐高矿化度盐水等优良品质。对于油气井的防砂、堵水、加砂压裂和裸眼完井很适用 。
It shows that the relation between cavity and permeability of gelatinous solidified stone is exponential Labrid by synthetically studying on physical property of cement gelatinous solidified stone under high temperature and high pressure. The permeability of solidified stone is controlled mostly by increment of increased permeating agent and anti*.flee agent in gel and its strength is controlled by intensifier and the ratio of water and cement. Temperature and pressure are a limited conditions in solidifying. Results show that the system have many excellent properties such as high extruding strength(≥11 MPa), high compact strength (≥0.5 MPa),high permeability(≥0.8 μm 2),heat*.resistance(≥115℃),oil*.resistance and high salinity*.resistance. Cement gelatinous solidified stone is suitable for sand control, water plugging, sand fracturing and barefoot completion and will be a potential gelatinous material.
