新型油气井渗透性水泥浆的研制及应用 被引量:1

摘要 油气层遭到损害后常引起出水、出砂、井漏等问题。为解决井漏等问题,提出用渗透性水泥来修复油气层。首先用钝化铝粉、改性有机树脂和纤维等复配出油井水泥增渗剂;然后以油井G级水泥、微细水泥、粗颗粒水泥为水泥材料,石英砂为外掺材料,增渗剂、发气剂KQ和注水泥施工常用的分散剂、降失水剂、缓凝剂、促凝早强剂等为外加剂,研制出了3种用于不同油气层修复作业的渗透性水泥浆体系。这3种渗透性水泥浆体系的基本性能良好,能够达到注水泥施工的要求。渗透性水泥石的抗压强度为9.9MPa以上,抗折强度为3.9MPa以上,水相渗透率在82×10-3μm2以内,油相渗透率为740×10-3μm2以上。室内实验和现场应用表明:渗透性水泥能修复受损害的油气层,堵水、防砂效果好,能预防入井液漏失,作业有效期长,适用于各种油气层的修复作业,特别适用于既出水,又出砂的油气层。 Water production,sand production and lost circulations are often encountered once the payzones are damaged.To control the lost circulations,it is suggested to use permeable cement slurry.First the passivated aluminum powder,modified organic resin and fibers are used to produce the permeability enhancing additives for oil well cement.Then cement materials like Grade G cement,miro-fine cement,and coarse cement,and quarts sands,and additives like permeability enhancer,gas former KQ,dispersant,filtration reducer,retarder,accelerator,and are etc.are adopted to develop three kinds of permeable cement slurry for reconstruction of different payzones.All those three types of slurry have good performance,able to meet the cementing requirements.The compressive strength of the permeable cement stones is over 9.9 MPa,bending strength over 3.9 MPa,water permeability within 82×10-3μm2,and oil permeability over 740×10-3μm2.The experiments and field tests show that this permeable cement slurry can repair the damaged payzones,with good water blocking and sand-control performance,being able to prevent loss of well fluids,with long duration,and suitable for all kinds of payzones,especially for payzones with both water and sand production.
