摘要
新疆塔河油田三叠系、石炭系井身质量差 ,存在大段“糖葫芦”井眼 ,严重地影响了该地区 177.8mm尾管固井的固井质量。针对这一难题 ,提出了紊流、塞流复合顶替固井技术。通过选择合适的水泥浆减阻剂及其加量 ,控制水泥浆流变参数 ,实现紊流、塞流复合顶替。推导出了在不同排量条件下 ,适合不同套管与井眼直径组合的实现紊流、塞流顶替水泥浆稠度系数值 ;给出了固井流体、冲洗液、隔离液的密度设计值。经TK4 2 7等井的现场应用 。
Long sections of irregular boreholes in the Triassic and Carboniferous formations lead to poor cementing quality of the 177.8mm liner in Tahe Oilfield, Xinjiang, thus a combination displacement cementing technology of turbulent and plug flow is proposed to solve this problem. By selecting the suitable drag-reduction agent and adding proqer dosage in the cement slurry, and controlling the rheological property, the combination displacement can be practiced. The consistency coefficients of cement slurry for turbulent-plug flow displacement under various flow rate and casing diameters are derived, and the density designing values for cementing fluid, flushing fluid and spacing fluid are also proposed. Field using of this technology in well TK427 shows that it can greatly improve the cementing quality.
