摘要
通过室内试验,从微观结构方面分析了矿渣MTC固化物在高温下易脆裂的原因,并提出了具体的改善措施和脆性判断标准。通过室内试验得出了矿渣MTC浆体的抗压强度随温度的衰退规律和静胶凝强度的发展规律。室内试验结果还表明:矿渣MTC固化物的抗腐蚀性能、动态力学性能和抗冲击性能与常规水泥相当,可以满足深井固井要求。
On the basis of lab tests, this paper analyzes reasons for crisp fracture of slag MTC solidification materials under high temperature from it micro structure and presents detail enhancing measurements and brit-tleness criterion, researches its compressive strength changes with temperature and gel strength. Lab tests show that its anti-corrosion, dynamic mechanics and anti-impacts are equivalent with normal cement, therefore, it can meet demands for deep well cementing.
