摘要
目的 :观察养阴通脑颗粒对麻醉犬平均血压和心率的影响。方法 :将 2 9只犬随机分为 5组 ,养阴通脑颗粒大剂量组 ,中剂量组和小剂量组 ,用维脑路通作阳性药对照组 ,空白对照组给等量生理盐水 ,养阴通脑颗粒、维脑路通和生理盐水均通过胃管灌入犬胃中。股动脉插管经晶体压力传感器测量主动脉平均血压 ,心率从心电图的 R- R间期测算。结果 :养阴通脑颗粒对平均血压和心率有轻度降低作用 ,维脑路通对平均血压有轻度升高作用 ,也有减慢心率的作用 ,两种药对血压和心率的影响都无显著意义。结论 :养阴通脑颗粒对平均血压和心率无明显影响。
AIM: The chief purpose of the present study was to assess the effect of yangyintongnao particle on mean blood pressure and heart rate in anaesthetized dog. MEHTODS: 29 dogs were randomly allocated to five groups. In control group, physiological solution was administered with gastrogavage, In other four groups, a large dose of yangyintongnao particle(2 g/kg), a middle dose of yangyintongnao particle(1 g/kg), a small dose of yangyintongnao particle(0.5 g/kg)and weinaolutong pian were administered with gastrogavage respectively. Aortic mean blood pressure via a piezometric transducer was measured by femoral artery intubation. heart rate was obtained from R R intervals of electrocardiogram. RESULTS:Yangyintongnao particle reduced slightly mean blood pressure and heart rate, weinaolutong raised lightly blood pressure and slow heart rate, their effect were slight, changes of heart rate and mean blood pressure had no significant. CONCLUSION:Yangyintongnao particle did not cause obviously changes of mean blood pressure and heart rate. The authors have provided good evidence supporting therapeutic effect of this particle against cerebral ischemia.
