摘要
用复方川芎嗪微粒胶囊剂治疗50例冠心病心绞痛患者。结果总有效率75％,心电图总有效率56％;对心功能、血液流变学及血小板聚集率等均无影响;无明显副作用。该胶囊剂可作为治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效药物之一。
50 cases of CHD with angina pectoris received ligustrazine Co. capsule one piece qid for 4 wk as a course of treatment.The result of the total symptomatic release was 75% while the ECG improvement 56%.As the cardiac functions, hemorheological changes, aggregation rates of blood platelet and adverse reactions concerned there had no significant interferences been observed. It is therefore considered that this drug might be effective for those suffered from CHD with angina pectoris.
