摘要
Second order derivative UV spectrophotometry was applied for determination of fluconazole cream. The detection wavelength was 274 nm. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 130~450 μg/ml (r= 0.9997). The average recovery was 100.6% with RSD of 0.82%.
