摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定氟康唑注射液生产中半成品的Ｆｌｕｃｏｎａｚｏｌｅ的含量，测定波长为２６１ｎｍ，其方法线性范围为０～４００μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率为９９．６７％，ＲＳＤ为０．４２％（ｎ＝６）。
The content of fluconazole in fluconazole injection was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 261 nm The linearity range was at 0￣400μg/ml with average recovery rate 99 65% and RSD 0 11%(n=6)
