摘要
联网条件下按联络线功率频率偏差控制 (TBC)是自动发电控制 (AGC)的主要方式 ,通过对其控制量进行分析 ,认为频率偏差系数取系统自然频率特性时能体现电网运行的原则。在此基础上 ,对AGC闭环控制系统在市场环境下改进 ,并根据电力市场下可能出现的各种情况对模型加以修正 ,并以三区域系统为例进行模拟。模拟结果说明了对模型修改的正确性及有效性。
The TBC is the main model used in AGC in the interconnected power system.When the coefficient of the frequency bias is equal to the natural area frequency responses characteristic,the system will operate meeting the principles well.On the basis,the paper attempts to improve the model of AGC under deregulated environment.And a system consisting of three areas are modified to analyze the dynamic responses using the improved model,and considering the various cases that will emerge in the power market.The results can testify the effectiveness and validity of the improvements.
