摘要
提出一种确定互联电力系统自然频率特性的总体测辨方法。该方法充分利用广域测量系统(WAMS)的高精度、同步测量的优点,利用频率和功率的相关性来确定互联电力系统的自然频率特性。从数学和物理的角度论证了该方法的正确性,同时给出了扰动地点的简单判别方法。以华北电网为例,对WAMS实际记录的扰动数据进行分析计算,所得到的华北电网自然频率特性与华北电网的实际情况十分吻合。
An overall measuring identification method for calculating the frequency characteristics of the interconnected power system is proposed, which takes full advantage of the merits of the wide area measurement systems (WAMS), such as the highly accurate and synchronized phasor measurement and the correlativity between frequency and active power to determine the frequency characteristics of the interconnected power system. The correctness of the method proposed is demonstrated from both the mathematical and physical aspects and a simple method of determining the location of perturbation is also presented. By taking North China Power Grid as an example, the perturbation data recorded by WAMS are analyzed and calculated and the results are proved identical with the grid's actual performance.
