本文介绍了CPS标准的内容和相关含义,并分析比较了CPS标准与现行的A标准的区别,体现了CPS标准的优势。研究了CPS标准在黑龙江电网实施需要解决的相关问题以及CPS实行中相关参数的确定方法。为CPS标准在黑龙江电网的实行进行了必要的技术准备。
This paper describes content and related implications of CPS standard, and compares the differences between CPS standards and the current A standard, which reflects the advantages of CPS standard. Related issues of CPS urgently need to address in implementation of Heilongjiang grid and method to determine the relevant parameters are researched which made the necessary technical preparations for the implementing of CPS standards in Heilongjiang Power Grid .
