在简要介绍传统的电网 AGC系统基本功能和原理的基础上 ,对电力市场建立后传统的电网AGC技术面临的问题进行了分析 ,提出了在电力市场环境下 ,电网 AGC辅助服务市场化的实现方法 ,包括 :电网 AGC的新的工作目标、参与电网 AGC的电厂的选择标准和方法、电网运行过程中AGC控制计算办法 ,以及对参与电网
This paper briefly introduces the basic functions and principles of the traditional AGC system at first. Troubles ofthe traditional AGC system encountered while electricity market is established are analyzed next. At last, a method forestablishing the AGC ancillary service market is presented. The improvement is put forward from the following aspects f thenew objective of power grid AGC. the standards and method of how to select power plants to participate in AGC. the newAGC control algorithm. and the method of how to assess those plants which have participated in AGC, and how to settle withthem.
