摘要
语文新课程的实施 ,对教师的自我完善提出了更高的要求 :教师要广泛阅读 ,具备深厚的知识积累 ;教师要培养自己的个性品质 ,用自己的个性影响和带动学生的个性 ,从而更好地发展学生的个性 ;教师要进行教法革新 ,要让学生真正“动”起来 ,要做到求真。
The implementation of the new chinese course demands higher self-perfection from teachers:they have to read extensively to enrich their knowledge;they have to cultivate their own persmailty,which will influence and further develop the students',they have to carry out teaching methodology reforms to motivate students to reek truth and knowledge.
