摘要
将油菜OguCMS与诸葛菜属间杂种回交一代 (BC1) ,在MS附加不同激素浓度的基本培养基上诱导丛生芽 结果发现 ,MS +1.5mg/L 6 BA +0 .15mg/LNAA对诱导丛生芽有较好的效果 ,丛生芽增殖系数可达 3.2 .小芽生根培养基以MS +0 .
The intergeneric hybrid BC 1 between Brassica napus with OguCMS and Orychophragmus violaceus was cultured in the MS medium with distinct densities of hormone to induce the ploygemmation. The results showed that the MS medium added 1.5mg/L 6 BA and 0.15mg/L NAA was efficient to induce the ploygemmation and the propagation coefficient was 3.2.And the MS medium with 0.1mg/L NAA was efficient to induce the roots of the hybrid BC 1.
