摘要
湖北诸葛菜花托、花丝在 MS+0.5~5mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LNAA的培养基上直接出 芽,形成愈植株.无菌苗叶柄、叶片在附加 6-BA或KT与NAA不同浓度及组合的 MS培养基上 诱导形成伤组织或胚状体,愈伤组织分化出芽.再生植株在MS+3mg/L 6-BA+0.3mg/L NAA培 养基上现蕾开花.
Regeneration small buds wer induced from receptacles ac filaments of Orychophragmus hupehensis cultured on MS medium with 3mg/L 6-BA + 0. 2mg/L NAA, which later developed into plantlets.Its petioles and leaves were better explants for inducing calli or somatic embryogenesis on MS medium with different concentration of 6-BA or KT and NAA. The calli and somatic embryogeesis later developed into shoot clusters. The plantlet from receptacles blooms on MS medium with 3mg/L 6- BA+0. 2mg/L NAA.
