The Preparation of Macropore Sulfuric Acid Resin Loading Ferric Trichloride Solid Super Strong Acid Catalyst

摘要 以D72磺酸型树脂及无水FeCl3为原料,采用液固法进行络合反应制备了树脂负载FeCl3型固体酸催化剂.对影响络合反应的树脂型号、溶剂选择、反应时间及树脂干燥程度等多种因素进行了研究.结果表明,以乙醇为溶剂,反应温度78.3℃,干燥时间30h,反应时间7h,D72树脂络合铁量可达4.35%,这种催化剂对部分酯化反应具有较好的催化活性. Resin supporting ferric trichloride type solid acid catalyst is prepared by complexing reaction by the use of liquid solid process, from D72 sulfuric acid type resin and anhydrous ferric trichloride. Many factors which affected the complexing reaction were studied namely resin type,the option of solvent, reaction temperature and the drying degree of resin. The experimental results show that the amount of iron can reach 4.35% of adopting ethanol as solvent,78.3℃ as reaction temperature,30 h as drying time and 7 h as reaction time. To a portion of ester reaction, this catalyst has a better catalysis activity.
