摘要
在固体超强酸的催化下以间苯二酚、乙酰乙酸乙酯或乙酰乙酸甲酯为原料 ,合成了 7-羟基 -4-甲基香豆素。通过使用不同催化剂及改变各种实验条件 。
hydroxy 4 methyl coumarin was prepared from resorcinol, ethyl acetoacetate or methyl acetoacetate in the presence of solid superacid catalyst. Through reaction testson different catalysts and change of reaction conditions, the best catalyst for the synthesis of the title compound was selected and the optimum synthetic conditions were also established.
