摘要
开放型教师教育新体系中的高师院校如何迎接新世纪的挑战,关键在于所培养人才的质量。本文根据教育体制发展现状,分析了培养高素质人才需要创造的条件,并提出六种人才培养模式。
To meet the challenges of the new century, the quality of trained talents is essential to the normalcolleges with the new open teachers training system. The paper analyzes the conditions needed to train high-qualifiedtalents based on the development of the educational system and suggests six kinds of teachers training patterns.
