神经发生及其对实验性卒中康复的影响 被引量:9

摘要 成年哺乳动物脑内有神经发生现象。海马齿状回、脑室下区和大脑皮质等处有一群具有增殖能力并能分化成神经元的前体细胞,卒中后可见其增殖和分化。环境、激素、细胞因子、递质和受体等在此过程中起着重要作用。研究神经发生的机制、影响因素及其在实验性卒中康复中的作用有助于指导卒中的康复治疗。
