补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑内神经细胞黏附分子表达的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑内神经细胞黏附分子(NCAM)表达的影响。方法:采用大脑中动脉阻塞法复制脑缺血模型,动物随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和补阳还五汤组,各组分别给予不同处理,分别于12h,1,3,7,14d处死动物,采用免疫组织化学法观察NCAM的表达。结果:在正常脑内有少量NCAM阳性细胞,缺血后表达增加,于术后第3天达高峰,补阳还五汤组能显著提高NCAM的表达,在第7、14天模型组与补阳还五汤组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤增强脑缺血后NCAM的表达是其促进神经再生和功能恢复的可能机制之一。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction (BYHW) on expression of neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) in rat models of cerebral ischemia. Methods: Brain ischemia was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion. The rats were randomly divided into four groups, including normal group, sham-operated group, model group and BYHW Decoction group. Rats in each group were given different treatments and killed at 12 h, 1, 3, 7 or 14 d after operation. NCAM expression were measured by immunohistochemical staining. Results: There were a few NCAM positive cells in normal brain, expression of neural cell adhesion molecule was enhanced immediately after ischemia and reached peak at 3 d after ischemia; BYHW Decoction group increased the number of NCAM positive cells. This increase was statistically significant at 7 and 14 d after ischemia and treatment (P〈0.01). Conclusion: BYHW Decoction is capable of regulating expression of NCAM in ischemic brain, that may be a neurogenic mechanism of BYHW Decoction.
