摘要
目的 建立测定盐酸甜菜碱含量的非水滴定法。方法 样品以冰醋酸作溶媒 ,以结晶紫为指示剂 ,用0 1mol·L-1标准高氯酸溶液进行滴定。结果 平均回收率为 99 81% ,RSD为 0 19%。结论 本方法准确、稳定、简便 。
Objective: To establish a nonaqueous titration method for the determination of betaine hydrochloride. Methods: Ice vinegar was used as solvent, and 0.2% viola crystalline used as indicator. Betaine hydrochloride was titrated by 0.1 mol·L -1 perchloric acid solution. Results: The average recovery rate was 99.81%(n=5), and RSD was 0.19%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate.
