摘要
甜菜碱属表面活性剂，其含５００ ｍｇ／Ｌ活性物的水溶液对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌作用８ ｍｉｎ ，对白色念珠菌作用１１ ｍｉｎ，均可使杀灭率达９９ ．９０ ％ 以上。其含２ ０００ ｍｇ／Ｌ活性物的水溶液对小鼠灌胃ＬＤ５０＞ ５ ｇ／ｋｇ，对家兔一次性眼刺激积分为０ 。
Betaine belongs to surfactants.Its water solution containing the active substance 500 mg/Lcould killover 99 .90% of Escherichia coliand Staphylococcus aureusafter exposurefor 8 min and over 99 .90 % of Candida albicansafterexposurefor 11 min.The LD50of mice givenin tragastricallyits water solution containing the active substance 2 000 mg/Lwas > 5 g/kg.
