摘要
目的 了解中学教师的应对方式特点。方法 本研究采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查了465名中学教师。结果 (1)35岁以下的青年中学教师的积极应对得分高于中、老年教师,其间有显著差异。(2)班主任教师积极应对得分高于非班主任教师,其间有显著差异。(3)中学教师的积极应对与社会支持之间存在显著的正相关。结论 积极应对方式对维护中学教师心身健康很有帮助。
Objective To explore the features of middle school teachers' coping style. Method 465 teachers were tested with Simplified Coping Style Questionaire(SCSQ) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Results (1)Young teachers below the age of 35 got higher scores for positive coping style than mid-aged and aged teachers,showing a big age difference. (2)There is a significant difference between the teachers in charge of a class and the others in scores for positive coping style. (3)For middle school teachers.their positive coping style is in evidently direct connection with social support.
