摘要
目的 :了解中学教师的心理压力状况及其主要压力来源 ,为改善其心理健康提供依据。方法 :采用自编问卷和节选的SLERS问卷调查了 465名中学教师。结果 :(1)中学教师的生活事件评分存在显著的性别差异 (男性负性生活事件总分高于女性 ,t =2 2 ,P <0 0 5 )、年龄差异 (3 5岁以下组评分高于 3 5岁以上组 )和学历差异 (专科高于本科 ,t =3 1,P <0 0 1)。 (2 )中学教师的心理压力主要源自于工作负荷、人际困扰、环境污染等方面。 (3 )其中工作压力多与学生的成绩、升学率、纪律 ;与教师自身的学历、业务提高等因素有关。结论 :中学教师的工作压力与生活事件相关。
Objective:To investigate stress in middle school teachers Method:465 middle school teachers completed a self-made inventory including demographic data and stressful life events rating scale Results:Male teachers had higher score of life events than female Younger teachers (age 35 or below) had more stressful life events than those older (more than 35 year-old) Those with higher education experienced more stress than those with lower education The stressors noticed by teachers included over-load of work, interpersonal trouble, and pollution of environment Among above factors, the stress of teaching was related to academic achievement of students, the rate of admission to college, and work of disciplining students,etc Conclusion:Stress is common in middle school teachers which mainly come from teaching and lead to improvement of it
