摘要
目的 观察BMP - 2对HDPF表达TIMP - 1、TIMP - 2的影响。方法 用 4ng/ml、40ng/ml、40 0ng/mlBMP - 2分别作用于HDPF 2d ,利用免疫组化和图像分析法半定量观察BMP - 2对HDPF表达TIMP - 1、TIMP - 2的影响。结果 HDPF表达TIMP - 1、TIMP - 2与BMP - 2呈剂量依赖关系 ,BMP - 2浓度为 40 0ng/ml,TIMP - 1、TIMP - 2表达显著增强。结论 BMP - 2通过改变HDPF表达TIMP - 1、- 2的量来影响胶原的代谢。
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of BMP-2 on the expression of TIMP-1,TIMP-2 in HDPF.MethodsBMP-2 with the concentration of 4ng/ml,40ng/ml and 400ng/ml were added into HDPF 2d respectively.ResultsThe influence of BMP-2 on the expression of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 is reliant on dosage.When the concentration of BMP-2 was 400ng/ml,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 expressions increased greatly.ConclusionBMP-2 can influence the metabolization of collagen by changing the expression of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2.
