摘要
目的：研制一种适合于患者家庭使用的疗效好、使用安全、方便、价格低廉的色素牙漂白剂。方法：在传统的色素牙漂白剂——过氧化氢中加入适量盐酸奎宁，应用灵敏的酶联免疫实验方法对过氧化氢的氧化作用进行了４个月的连续检测。结果：发现含不同浓度的盐酸奎宁－过氧化氢随贮存时间延长，其氧化作用有不同程度的降低。呈剂量依赖关系。在实验使用浓度范围内，盐酸奎宁浓度越高，其稳定作用越强，最高浓度与对照组比较，高４～６倍。结论：实验证明用过氧化氢制成色素牙漂白胶加入适量奎宁，漂白效果好，有效期长，无任何毒副作用。
Objective:To prepare a good type of tooth bleaching agent that is convenient, safe and cheap and fits to be used at home by patient. Methods :Add proper amount of Quinine(QH)to hydrogen peroxide(HP),a traditional tooth bleaching agent.Then observe the oxidizing effect of HP with ELISA for 4 months. Results :With the elapse of stored time, the oxidizing effect of HP solutions containing QH of different concentrations declined in different degrees,showing dependent relation with concentration.Within the range of experimental QH concentration,the higher the concentration is,the stronger stabilizalion is.And the duration of tooth-bleaching effect can be prolongede 4～6 times. Conclusion: Tooth-bleaching agent is made of HP and added proper amount QH,its bleaching effect is good,the duration of effect is long and it has no side effect,it′s convenient to be used at home.
