摘要
针对连杆轴承磨损故障进行了振动测试研究。在EQ61 0 0发动机上模拟连杆轴承磨损故障 ,测取了在不同的转速、轴承间隙、测点和冷热机状态下的故障信号 ,并用时域和频域分析法进行了分析比较。通过分析 ,提取了连杆轴承故障诊断的特征参数 ,并指出目前诊断所存在的问题。
Breakdown diagnosis of reciprocating machinery is a very difficult and popular problem. Some test results to deal with this problem are presented in this paper. The breakdown from wear, which is previously designed on Connecting Rod Bearing of EQ6100 model gasoline engine, is diagnosed by means of vibration diagnostic mechanism. Main tests are carried out by measuring breakdown signal under different speed, Connecting Rod Bearing clearance, testing spot and cold and hot engine states. Spectral analysis is used to analyze these signals. Furthermore, the characteristic parameters are extracted and the identifying methods of breakdown are then given.
