摘要
农用大功率柴油发动机各机构配合间隙的合理与否,对保证柴油机的使用性能以及合理延长柴油机的大修周期具有重要的影响。目前对柴油机维修时各机构配合间隙是否符合规定的判断比较随意,缺乏有效的科学依据,影响了柴油发动机使用的可靠性以及经济性。为此,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,以华丰系列农用大功率柴油机配气机构中的连杆轴颈与连杆轴承使用配合间隙为例进行了仿真分析。研究表明,可以适当增加该系列柴油机上述机构的使用配合间隙,延长柴油机的维修周期,进一步提高该系列柴油机的使用经济性。
Reasonable control of each part of mechanism fit clearance of farm-oriented large diesel engines have important influence to ensure the character of service and extension of the repair work cycle for oil engine.In the maintenance,the fault of mechanism fit clearance during repairing the oil engine confirmed by maintenance technicians,which lack of effective scientific basis,that influence reliability and economical during using the diesel engines.Take the mechanism fit clearance using in rod journal and pitman box of Huafeng farm-oriented large diesel engines for example,this article use ANSYS software with finite element method analysises and calculates that.The study show that increase the mechanism fit clearance of this series oil engine can extend the repair work cycle and enhance the using economy.
