摘要
基于ANSYS软件对某型搬运设备的轴承座进行强度分析。先通过选择单元类型、划分网格、施加边界条件等步骤建立轴承座的有限元模型,再对某型搬运设备的轴承座进行强度和变形分析,找出结构最易破坏的位置。计算结果表明该轴承座强度符合设计要求,轴瓦孔变形远小于轴承间隙,能满足最小油膜厚度的要求。
Based on ANSYS software, carry out the intensity analysis for bearing seat of certain type hauling equipment. At first, establish the selecting unit type, dividing grid, and imposing boundaries; then, carry out intensity and distortion analysis and find out the most fragile components of the system..The result presented that the intensity of this bearing seat could reach the design request, the distortion of the bearing is less than the clearance, so it satisfied the request of minimum size of oil film.
