摘要
本文以试验分析的方法对汽车发动机连杆组件故障进行研究,设计了故障模拟及试验系统,通过对发动机连杆组件振动响应与故障特征变化关系的探讨,从振动响应信号中得出了有关反映连杆故障的诊断特征参数,并找出对故障状态进行判断的准则,根据特征参数随故障状态变化的规律,优选了数学模型,从而实现了在使用条件下的连杆故障定量诊断。
By experiment analytics we study the automobile engine connecting robs faults,and design the faults simulation and experiment system in this paper.Through the research of the relationship between the engine connecting robs vibrationresponse and changing characteristic of the faults, we get the diagnosis parameters whichrespond to the connecting rods faults from vibration response signal, and find out the criterion about faults condition diagnosis.Based on the regular pattern of the characteristic parameters and fault conditions, amathematical model is set up and the quantitative diagnosis of the faults of the connectingrobs in operating conditions is achieved.
