摘要
改革开放20余年来,中国已成为引资大国,随着引资数额的增大,撤资事件亦有增长的趋势。外商直接投资撤退将在技术进步、产业结构、就业、国际金融等方面对东道国,特别是发展中东道国造成严重而深刻的影响。造成外商直接投资撤退的原因涉及理论和现实多方面,应加以认真研究与分析,并在此基础上制定相应的对策,将外商直接投资撤退所造成的影响减少到最低限度。
China has become a main area of foreign investment since it followed open up policy 20 years ago.With the increasing of foreign investment the withdr awal trends has been growing.Withdrawal of Foreign Direct Investment may be seri ously influenced the host countries in technical innovation,industrial structure , finance,employment etc., especially the developing countries.The factors leadi ng to the withdrawal are related with the change of local economic environment s uch as policies,laws,market situations as well as the management of enterprises. It is important to reduce the influence caused by withdrawal through analysis an d practice of countermeasures.
