摘要
随着改革开放的深入,中国成了外商直接投资的热点地区。大批的跨国公司纷纷进入中国市场,进行大规模的投资扩张。但与此同时,也出现了一些外商撤出中国市场,后又重新进入的再投资现象。本文从外商直接投资过程的观点出发,探讨跨国公司在华投资过程,尤其是撤资与再投资的行为及其背后的动因。
Large amounts of foreign direct investment flows into China during its reform and opening, over its huge market size and great market potential. Many multinationals, after thorough investigation, have entered the market of China, and engaged in large-scale investment. Meanwhile, there exists a phenomenon that some foreign companies withdrew capitals from China, however, sometime later, they reentered the China market. This article proceeds from the view of foreign companies'direct investment process to probe multinationals'investment process in China, esp. focused on their disinvestments and reinvestments, and concerned their hidden motives and mechanisms of these actions.
