摘要
长期以来,我国在外资工作中一直强调招商引资的重要性,相关政策法规也多偏向于引资方面,而对于与引资相伴而生的撤资问题则研究不多。随着跨国公司对华投资的不断增加,撤资问题也逐渐显现,并对我国的就业、经济、外贸等诸多方面产生了深刻的影响。如何正确认识这一现象,并采取有力措施加以预防和控制,已成为摆在我国政府面前亟待解决的问题。
For a long time, China＇s foreign capital policies have been stressing the importance of attracting foreign investment, but there are few studies about multinational divestment. With the growth of the multinational companies＇ investment in China, divestment issue is gradually emerging, which have had a great impact on our employment, economy, trade and many other areas. How to correctly understand this phenomenon and take effective measures to prevent and control it is an urgent problem Chinese government should solve.
