摘要
跨国公司撤资对东道国产业损害程度取决于多方面因素。本文在跨国公司撤资问题的理论框架下,从跨国公司与东道国的产业关联系数、跨国公司在东道国境内的技术扩散程度、东道国工业化进程、东道国对外资的依赖程度以及东道国政府的产业政策与管理五个方面分析跨国公司撤资对东道国产业损害,并由此得出相关的政策建议。
The degree of damage of TNC divestments on the host industry depends on a variety of factors. Based on the theoretical framework of TNC divestments, the paper analyzes damage of TNC divestments to the host country industry .from the aspects of the correlation coefficient of TNCs and host country, the extent of technology diffusion of transnational corporations in the territory of the host country, the host country industrialization process. and the dependence degree on foreign capital of host country and the host government＇s industrial policy and management, and gives relevant policy recOmmendations.
