摘要
目的 探讨高密度多孔聚乙烯材料在眶颧骨折继发畸形修复重建术中的应用。方法 首先将骨折移位的眶颧骨截骨复位并进行可靠的内固定 ,采用高密度多孔聚乙烯材料准确修复眶壁及骨缺损区。结果 自 2 0 0 0年1月至 2 0 0 1年 12月 ,共收治眶颧骨折 2 0例。术后扩大的眶容积通过截骨复位及眶壁修复已缩小 ,眶下缘抬高至对侧水平 ,眼球内陷矫正或有明显改善 ,复视消失或减轻 ,面部畸形明显改善。结论 高密度多孔聚乙烯材料具有良好的生物相容性 ,其内部微孔有利于邻近纤维组织长入 ,易于雕刻塑形 。
Objective To study Medpor in the management of deformities secondary to orbitozygomatic fracture. Methods In the reconstruction of orbitozygomatic fractures, Medpor was used to repair orbital wall and in correction of depressed orbitozygomatic region. Results From January 2000 to December 2001, 20 cases of deformities secondary to orbitozygomatic fracture were repaired with this material, the enlarged orbital volume was reduced, enophthalmos and facial asymmetry were largely corrected or improved. Conclusion Medpor has excellent biocompatibility and easier to fabricate, the interconnecting open pore structure allows for tissue ingrowth, makes the implant firmly fixed with adjacent tissue. For deformities secondary to orbitozygomatic fracture it is very suitable for orbital repair and augmentation of depressed zygomaticomaxillary region.
