自体颅骨外板游离移植在颅颌面外科的应用现状与未来 被引量：2

摘要 在颅颌面外科领域,自体颅骨外板游离移植修复颅颌面骨缺损始于颅骨成形术.1670年,Van Meekren首次采用犬的颅骨修复1位俄罗斯士兵的顶骨缺损.1890年,Muller和Konig各自报道了用复合头皮、颅骨膜和颅骨外板转位皮瓣修复颅骨缺损[1].1907年,Sohr进行了首次游离颅骨外板移植[2].1945年,Wolf和Walker发表了自体颅骨移植的应用,绝大部分使用的是颅骨外板.近年来,自体颅骨外板被认为是较理想的供骨[3],临床应用较为广泛,笔者就自体颅骨外板的游离移植在颅颌面外科中的应用现状综述如下.
