摘要
根据全系统动态精度理论 ,在给出动态测试系统总的传递链函数及动态测量误差模型的基础上 ,利用现代信号分析手段 ,将系统的输出总误差进行分解 ,并根据各分误差的特性 ,将其溯源 ,找到系统内外产生该分误差的组成环节 .为验证动态测试误差溯源理论 ,建立一仿真的简单系统 ,利用小波变换中多分辨分析方法 ,将总误差分解与溯源 .
According to the theory of whole-system dynamic accuracy, on the basis of the transfer-chain function and error model of the whole dynamic measuring system, the output error of the system is decomposed by modern signal analysis methods. Then, each unit error is traced to the corresponding inner part of the system according to the characteristics. In order to prove the tracing theory of dynamic measuring error, a simulated simple system was built in this paper. Decomposition and tracing of the output error of this system was performed. The result indicates the correctness and feasibility of this theory.
