摘要
概括分析现代精度理论中的精度评定、误差分离与修正技术、全面误差源分析理论与建模、全系统动态精度理论等问题 ,并指出它们的发展趋势。
The accuracy theory is the most basic research field of precise machinery and instrument. With the development of technology, there are some new contents in this field. In this paper, the author analyzes some problems of modern accuracy theory summarily, such as accuracy evaluation,error separation and correction technology,the theory and modeling of total error source analysis,full system dynamic accuracy theory, moreover, the author also gives their developing tendency in the future.
