基于熵概念的数控加工误差实验研究

摘要 在前期研究信息熵引入误差测量领域的工作基础上,通过实验设计加工出一批零件样本,并分别应用现代不确定度评定方法和熵方法对其两种典型表面的3个主要轮廓尺寸进行不确定度评定。分析结果表明,用熵方法评定测控系统的不确定度与现代不确定度评定方法结果十分接近,特别是在分析圆锥轮廓加工误差时,通常应用现代不确定度评定方法仅能分析轮廓某一特定位置的静态数据,而应用熵方法进行不确定度评定分析时,只要知道数控机床跟随特性便能计算出动态熵值,从而能实时反映数控加工动态误差。 Using modern uncertainty evaluation method and entropy method, we evaluated the uncertainty degree of three major contour sizes on two typical surfaces of the sample parts designed and manufactured in our laboratory. Similar resnlts are obtained by the two methods. But for the contour size of a cone, only the static data of a certain position of the contour can be analyzed by the modern uncertainty evaluation method. When we use the entropy method to evaluate the uncertainty degree of the contour size of a cone, we can determine the dynamic error of NC machining only by the follow-up feature of the NC system.
