摘要
目的 :研究脑膜瘤的瘤周水肿、脑浸润与术后复发的关系。方法 :对 95例脑膜瘤病人资料进行回顾性分析 ,研究其瘤周水肿、脑浸润、切除程度与术后复发的关系。结果 :5 3例全切除的肿瘤中 ,有脑浸润及瘤周水肿者术后复发率明显增高 (P <0 .0 1;P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To study the relationship between the peritumoral edema and brain invasion of meningiomas and their postoperative recurrence. Methods: The resection, brain invasion, peritumoral edema and their relations with the postoperative recurrence of 95 patients with meningiomas were studied. Results: The recurrence rates of tumors with brain invasion or peritumoral edema were significantly higher than those without brain invasion or peritumoral edema after complete resection in 53 patients with meningiomas(P<0.01;P<0.05). Conclusion: The brain invasion and the peritumoral edema are significantly related to recurrence of meningiomas after gross total resection.
