高压氧治疗脑膜瘤术后脑水肿的疗效及对神经功能的影响 被引量：11

摘要 脑膜瘤是中枢神经系统常见的良性肿瘤，仅次于脑胶质瘤，约占颅内肿瘤的15％。外科手术可使大多数脑膜瘤实现肉眼全切除，但易出现复发，且患者术后易出现脑水肿、脑积水及神经功能障碍等并发症，严重影响患者的预后。目前，临床上常采用渗透性脱水、营养神经等改善脑水肿与神经功能。但多数患者效果欠佳。近年来．高压氧（HBO）已逐渐应用于神经外科疾病的治疗，但其是否会促进肿瘤复发仍存在争议。本研究对脑膜瘤术后脑水肿患者采用HBO治疗，取得满意疗效，现报告如下。
