分泌性脑膜瘤瘤周水肿发生的因素 被引量：1

摘要 分泌性脑膜瘤（secretorymeningiomas）是一种少见的良性脑膜瘤亚型，在所有脑膜瘤中占1．0％～44％，在神经系统肿瘤的WHO（2000）分类中WHO分级I级，1986年由Alguacil—Garcia首先命名并报道，主要原发于颅内，也有报道原发于颞骨表现为中耳炎，生长缓熳，但可以引起严重的脑水肿和危及生命的并发症，其确切的发病机制还不是十分明确。
