摘要
对近几年来几种掺饵硅基材料的发光特性及光致发光和电致发光的机理的研究进展作综合介绍,并对掺铒硅基材料发光今后的研究发展提出自己的一些看法。
Recent progress in the studies of the luminescence characteristics and mechanisms of several Er-doped Si-based materials are reviewed,and future research directions in this area are also suggested.
