摘要
本文采用考马斯亮蓝染色分光光度法测定了蛋黄提取物中蛋白质的含量。结果表明 :蛋白质的含量在 2— 15 μg/ m L范围内与吸光度呈线性关系 ,r=0 .9996,检出限为 1.0 0 8μg/ m L,回收率为 98.3%—10 0 .2 %。
Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 spectrophotometry was used to determine the Protein content in vitellus.The results indicate that the linear range and detection limit are in the range of 2-15μg/mL and 1.008μg/mL,respectively.The recovery is in the range of 98.3%-100.2%.
