摘要
L -缬氨酸在医药及饲料领域中有着广泛的用途 ,根据L 缬氨酸的生物合成途径及其代谢调节机制 ,利用代谢调控理论 ,重点阐述了L 缬氨酸生产菌的育种思路及培养条件的优化 ,为缬氨酸发酵生产提供理论指导。
L- Valine was widely used in making medicine.According to its biological synthesis pathways,breeding of L- valine industrial fermentation were systematically illustrated with point of view of regulation of metabolism in this paper.Optimization of culture conditions and culture measures were also discussed.All of these provide the methods for industrial fermentation production of L- valine. ;
