摘要
分别就拮抗细菌生防菌2[短小芽胞杆菌(Bacilluspumilus)]和生防菌1[枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)]对稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthegrisea)、芦笋茎枯病菌(Phomopsisiasparagi)、尖镰刀菌(Fusariumoxysporum)、玉米小斑菌(Bipolariamaydis)、百合灰霉病菌(Botrytiselliptica)和青枯病菌(Ralstoniasolanacearum)6种植物病原菌的抑制作用进行了测定,结果发现,生防菌2发酵液50倍稀释液对稻瘟病菌分生孢子萌发的抑制率为62 6%,100倍稀释液则为55 3%,对分生孢子附着胞形成的抑制作用不明显;将稻瘟病菌和生防菌2发酵液同时接入燕麦培养基中,生防菌2对稻瘟病菌菌落的生长有明显的抑制作用;生防菌2对芦笋茎枯病菌、尖镰刀菌、玉米小斑菌和百合灰霉病菌分生孢子萌发的抑制作用不明显;生防菌1对青枯病菌生长有明显的抑制作用,而生防菌2对青枯菌抑制作用不明显。
Antagonistic bacteria Bacillus pumilus and B. subtilis were tested for their inhibition against plant pathogens Magnaporthe grisea, Bipolaria maydis, Botrytis elliptica, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. batatas, Phomopsis asparagi and Ralstonia solanacearum. The results showed that the inhibitive rate against conidial germination of M. grisea reached 62.6% for fiftyfold dilution of cultural solution of B. pumilus, and 55.3% for one hundredfold dilution. But, its inhibitive effect on appressorium formation was not evident. In addition, B. pumilus had markedly inhibitive effect on colonial growth of M. grisea. The diluted cultural solutions of B. pumilus and B. subtilis had not markedly inhibitive effect on conidial germination of B. maydis, B. elliptica, F. oxysporum f. sp. Batatas and P. asparagi. B. subtilis could evidently inhibit colonial formation of R. solanacearum.
