摘要
将拮抗细菌接种于NB培养液中 ,经 2 4 0r/min、30℃下振荡培养 4 8h后 ,取上层清液 ,稀释 10 0倍后 ,与稻瘟病分生孢子悬浮液等量混合 ,滴于凹玻片上置 2 5℃下保温培养 12h。结果显示 ,10 0倍稀释液对孢子萌发的抑制率为 97% ,并对分生孢子的附着孢形成也具有明显的抑制效果。稀释液配以 5 g/L至 5 0g/L浓度的生物助剂SDP溶液时 ,助剂对拮抗细菌发酵液的拮抗活性无显著促进作用。另外 ,拮抗细菌发酵液对水稻种子的萌发没有影响。结果表明 ,低浓度的拮抗细菌发酵液对稻瘟病分生孢子的萌发具有明显的抑制效果 。
Antagonistic bacterium was inoculated in NB cultural solution, and cultured for 48h at 30℃. The supernatant was gotten, and diluted for 100 times. The diluted supernatant was mixed with conidium solution of P.grisea. The mixture was cultured for 12h at 25℃. The result showed that the supernatant of antagonistic bacterium was of significant suppressive effect on conidium germination and appressorium formation, the suppressive rate of conidium germination reached 97%. The significant inhibitive effect of antagonistic bacterium (Bacillus pumillus) on conidium germination of P.grisea indicated that antagonistic bacterium is of potential application prospect.
